ALBERT PARK

Public BBQ

Nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast is a haven for dog lovers, a picturesque park with a leash-free zone and a small beach where dogs can cool off with a swim. The park is encased by a 2km walking track, with a smaller 1km loop around a peaceful lake. The park is also a great spot for outdoor fitness, featuring several exercise stations along the path. Basketball courts and a playground cater to both adults and children alike. If you're lucky, you might even spot some fish in the lake. This expansive park is draped with magnificent Eucalyptus obliqua, providing ample shade for picnics. There are also toilet facilities available. However, do take note that there might be a fair share of mosquitoes, and the park could use a bit more lighting. Despite these minor downsides, the tranquillity of the park, coupled with its facilities, makes it a perfect spot for leisure activities.
